Paid Training Opportunity for Teens

What is it?
Read-a-Rama is partnering with local organizations to offer a paid training opportunity to teens in the Snohomish area who are interested in working with children and children’s literacy. Training is asynchronous & online, and takes about 8 hours over the course of the program.
Who can apply?
Any teen 14-17 who lives in Snohomish County is eligible for this program. Teens from historically under-served communities, who have experienced housing insecurity, or are low-income are encouraged to apply. Qualified disabled persons, minorities, and veterans are encouraged to apply for all Read-a-Rama positions.
Stipend amount: $175
